We offer a full delivery and installation service for all of the products we sell  to the following areas: Stirling and its surrounding villages, Doune, Callander and Aberfoyle.  Alloa and all of Clackmannanshire.  Falkirk and all of Falkirk District.  Linlithgow, Boness, Cumbernauld, Kilsyth and Kirkintilloch.  Generally, we're happy to deliver using our own vans and staff within a twenty five mile radius of our store. 

We currently offer a “click and collect” option on our website – if you would like to discuss delivery and installation, please give us a call on 01786 812420. 


We will bring the product to your home, we will unpack it, take the packaging away with us, set it up on a flat surface, hook up your existing equipment and tune in the terrestrial channels if you have an aerial installed. Delivery and installation is free on all televisions over £250.  For delivery and installation costs on televisions under this price, please contact us.  

We can offer an installation service on televisions not supplied by us. Standard charge of £45+VAT.  Contact us for more details.


We will bring the product to your home and can unpack it if you wish.  For cleaners, we may unpack at the store and assemble them in advance of delivery. 


Delivery is free on all appliances priced over £200.  For and additional £25, we can unpack the appliance, take the packaging away with us, move the product into position and if necessary hook it up to the plumbing and electrical sockets.  We will not disconnect old appliances – you must do that before we arrive.  Our installers are not plumbers or joiners – we will not disassemble cabinets / furniture and all pipes and electrical sockets must be accessible without having to remove plugs. 


We offer a complete installation and removal service on built in appliances.  This will be carried out by one of our qualified joiners, electricians or gas fitters.  Standard fitting is £75 + VAT.


 Delivery is free on all appliances priced over £200.Our delivery team will not install your new product, but we can arrange for a qualified electrician or gas fitter to do so for an additional cost.

CUSTOM INSTALL:  if you would like your product installed on your wall, wires hidden, multi room audio solutions, built in kitchen appliances, we can assist with our team of specialist installers.  No two jobs are the same and therefore no two jobs have the same price – contact us for more information.  


We provide a full back up repair service to all TVs and other electrical equipment supplied by us.  Please contact us by telephone or email and we’ll make a decision as to whether the TV should be uplifted for repair or can be sorted in house.  We resolve to look after equipment supplied by us to the highest standards without unnecessary or excessive call out and repair charges.  We, of course, strongly recommend that you consider purchasing extended cover on your equipment as we can deal directly with the warranty company on your behalf.  Extended cover can be purchased up to 8 weeks before the equipment’s manufacturer’s guarantee is due to run out.

We are happy to undertake repairs to televisions not supplied by RMS.  They should be brought into the store and left along with details of the fault.  We will go ahead and carry out any repair work up to a value which we feel is appropriate given the age and replacement value of the TV.  As a rule of thumb, this would normally be around £100 inc VAT.  Beyond this we would prepare a quote and seek your authorisation to proceed with the repair.  An inspection fee of £25+VAT must be left along with the equipment which will be deducted from the repair bill and is to cover the costs of any work that has to be done by our engineer should you not wish to proceed.  Labour cost is a flat rate of £60+VAT.  We aim to have your TV repaired within 14 days where possible.


Appliances which are still covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee will generally be repaired using their own engineers.  Contact them directly for this.  Should your appliance be outwith the manufacturer’s guarantee, please contact us with details of the fault and we will arrange for one of our partner firms to contact you to arrange a repair visit.  There is a call out charge of £49 + VAT for this.

Please consider purchasing extended warranty cover with your appliance as all repairs will be directly undertaken by us as promptly as possible and we can handle all billing as we deal with warranty company directly.  This can be purchased up to 8 weeks before the manufacturer’s guarantee is due to run out.
