Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling We will telephone you to arrange delivery of your goods.

Initial delivery of goods is free. However, if we arrange to deliver your goods and you are not in to sign for them, you may be charged for re-delivery.

WII REGULATIONS

The Waste Electrical and Equipment Regulation (2006) is now European law. The UK government is required to increase the amount of WEEE being treated, recovered or recycled to stop in going into landfill sites.

At Radio Music Store, in order to comply with the regulations, we offer an in-store take back service. If you purchase a new electrical item from us, you can utilise our free in-store take back service to dispose of the old one. This is on a like for like basis, so if you buy a washing machine, you can bring back a washing machine; if you buy a cooker, you can bring back a cooker; etc. Any equipment returned to us will be disposed of in a safe manner in accordance with the regulation.

All electrical goods created after 13^th August 2005 are marked with a crossed out wheelie bin symbol (as shown below). The symbol is to let you know that the item should be disposed of separately from normal household waste.

All of us should consider the environmental impact caused by the disposal of electrical items which are broken or no longer required. Each year in the UK we dispose of 1.2 million tones of electrical and electronic waste. This amount is increasing by 5% each year. Currently over 75% of waste electrical goods end up in landfill sites. These electrical items contain toxins which can cause soil and water contamination, which is bad for our communities. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.

With a little care and attention, together we can minimize our harmful environmental impact and make a difference for future generations.


Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 5-7 business days .
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges 17.5% VAT is included in the price
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our main computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the manufactuer's guarantee for a minimum of twelve months (unless otherwise specified) from the date of purchase. Each manufacturer has a network of repair agents around the UK who can deal with any faults. If you are unable to take the goods to the nominated repair centre, you will be expected to make a financial contribution towards any uplift costs incurred by the service agent (usually in the range of £20-£30)

Returns Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with all purchases made from Electric Division.

If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, we can arrange either a refund or exchange less return carriage charges. You must make any request for return within seven working days after delivery. If you would like us to collect the item, you must be available to hand the goods to our delivery driver. If you make arrangements and are not available, you will be charged a call out fee on top of the return carriage charges.

It is your responsibility to re-pack all products in their original packaging and ensure that they are in good condition. We reserve the right to charge for inadequately packed or incomplete goods.
