Our Service department can be contacted at any time on
0845 125 9266.

All of the goods sold at Radio Music Store come with a full one year manufacturer's warranty and many of our goods come with up to an additional five years extended warranty, through our service partners Domestic and General.

If your product requires any servicing during its first year, please telephone us and we'll start moving towards a resolution of the problem.

If your product requires any servicing during the period covered by the extended part of the warranty, then the procedure is exactly the same - contact us and we'll handle everything.

Here are some general points:

If your product does require any service work, our aim is to have one of our engineers assess the problem with 2 working days.

If the product is large and bulky, we'll have an engineer call out to your house. If it is small and portable, we ask that you bring it into our store in Bannockburn.

White Goods are normally serviced by the manufacturers, but we'll be happy to help put you in touch with them and then stay in touch with you to make sure you are happy with the service you receive.

It's worth hanging onto the original packaging for the first year because many manufacturers can (at their discretion) replace goods rather than repair them.

If we or any authorised repair agents cannot find a fault with your goods, or they are faulty for some reason other than those covered by the warranty, you will be liable for all charges incurred (you would be amazed how many times our engineers are called to "fix" televisions which have no picture only to find the roof aerial has blown down and is lying in the back garden, or how many broken VCRs have children's toys pushed through the tape slot). For this reason, please ensure that you have undertaken a basic investigation of the problem, including consulting the troubleshooting guide found at the back of your instruction manual.
