Delivery policy
Here's the legal stuff we've got to tell you about
For goods delivered to non FK postcode areas
There will be a charge for goods delivered to non FK postcode areas.
Delivery costs depend on the size, weight and delivery address for the goods. Please telephone our sales office for an exact quote.
Your products will be delivered by one of our logistics partners (eg, Target) or direct from the manufacturer. Goods must be signed for on delivery.
We will not leave goods with neighbours, in garages, sheds, etc. This policy is for both your benefit and ours; we will do everything possible to help reduce instances of credit card fraud.
Here's what we do for all white goods over the value of £200
We will deliver goods free of charge to any address with an "FK" postcode
We will telephone you to arrange a convenient time for delivery.
We will unpack your goods (if necessary), but ask that you dispose of the packing
We will move your old appliance to a more convenient part of your premises, but we cannot take it away.
Here's what we do for all brown goods over the value of £200
We will deliver goods free of charge to any address with an "FK" postcode. Delivery is available to any part of the United Kingdom, at an additional charge (usually based on the weight of the item; for white goods expect to pay up to £35 per item, for brown goods up to £15.
We will telephone you by the end of the next working day to arrange a convenient time for delivery.
We will unpack your goods, but ask that you dispose of the packing
We will construct any stand / cabinet that come with your goods, if required. (otherwise you have the option to keep the stand / cabinet in it's flat pack box)
We will connect your new product with existing products
We will offer a demonstration of the basic functions of your new product.
We will provide unlimited telephone support throughout the life of your product
We will provide, if necessary, one additional free training visit if you experience difficulties in operation within the first 30 days.
We will provide additional training visits when necessary, but may charge you up to £30 + VAT for each visit (we operate a fair usage policy with our after sales support)
If for any reason you disconnect your product (you might be decorating), we can arrange to come back and reinstall for £30 + VAT
Here's what we do for all goods valued £200 and under

We'll telephone you by the end of the next working day to arrange a convenient time for delivery.
If you are not in a hurry for your item, and we've got deliveries to make nearby within two weeks, we'll drop of your item free of charge.
If you want your item sooner, we'll either arrange to make a special trip or post your item to you. The cost for this service is £10
We will provide unlimited telephone support throughout the life of your product.
